IrriGuida: an easy to use irrigation scheduling program

(oldest name SIMBIL)

IrriGuida is a new and strongly improved version of SimBil. 

Now are implemented  three crops, 6 erbaceous crops, meteorological databe,  irrigation in mm and hours and graphical tools.
